What is a Magnetic Power Bank?
A portable battery pack for charging on the go. Magnetic attachment is supported for iPhone 12+ and compatible Google Pixel, HMD, and Samsung devices with a magnetic case. All Qi-enabled devices can also charge wirelessly or via cable.
Is the Magnetic Power Bank compatible with all devices?
Magnetic attachment only works with iPhones 12 and newer, Android phones with Qi2 magnets (Google Pixel 10 series, HMD Skyline/Sirius), and select Samsung S22–S26 models when paired with Tough Cases. For all other devices, the Power Bank will still charge wirelessly (if Qi is supported) or via cable, but it will not attach magnetically. Please check the Magnetic Fit Guide for exact compatibility.
What is the capacity of the Magnetic Power Bank?
Our power banks come in capacity of 5,000 mAh.
How do I charge the Magnetic Power Bank?
The Magnetic Power Bank is charged via a USB-C cable, which can be plugged into a power adapter (ranging from 20W to 50W) or a USB-C port on a computer or other power source. Simply connect the cable to the power bank and the power source to begin charging.
Can I take this power bank on a plane?
Yes, our power bank is airline-approved. Our power bank can be taken into Carry-on Luggage. However, they are generally not allowed in checked baggage. Airlines usually restrict power banks with a battery capacity of more than 27,000mAh (100 watt-hours). Our power banks are below this limit, so they are generally allowed in carry-on luggage.
Can I use my device while it's attached to the Magnetic Power Bank?
Yes, our power bank is designed so you can use your device as usual while it’s attached and charging wirelessly. The magnets provide a secure attachment, allowing you to hold and operate your device comfortably.
Can I charge my power bank and my device at the same time?
This feature is called pass-through charging. Our power bank supports it, allowing you to charge the power bank while also charging your device.
How do I know when my power bank is fully charged?
Our power bank has indicator lights that show the charging status. When all indicator lights are solid, the power bank is fully charged.
