SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Production Time All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–3 business days before being handed off to the carrier. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Information Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund. Please provide your order number and photos of any damage.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Non-Delivery If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if the issue persists.
